Throughout 2022, V2Market took part in some of the most important and innovative events driving the clean energy transition. This provided a unique opportunity to discuss with a wide audience the importance of bidirectional charging and flexibility services that electric vehicles can provide to the power system.
The Smarter E (Munich, 10-13 May 2022)
V2Market was present at The Smarter E in Munich, Europe’s largest platform for the energy industry, as part of smartEn – Smart Energy Europe‘s booth.
The conferences and fairs focused on renewable energies, decentralization and digitalization of the energy industry as well as cross-sector solutions from the electricity, heat and transport sectors for a smart and sustainable energy supply.
Genera (Madrid, 15 June 2022)
‘The electric vehicle as an engine for access to demand flexibility markets’ was the main topic of the conference organized by ANESE on the 15th of June, to present V2Market at GENERA. In addition to this conference, the project was also present at the ANESE exhibitor stand to showcase the project and inform the visitors on its most recent updates.
FLEXCON (Amsterdam, 27-28 June 2022)
V2Market was present at FLEXCON 2022, the event co-organized by smartEn – Smart Energy Europe and Flexible Power Alliance Network (FAN).
With 300 in-person participants, FLEXCON 2022 offered great visibility to the V2Market project. Over the course of the two days, the project was communicated from smartEn’s stand and was part of the discussion on innovative ideas for new smart energy services and business models.
EUSEW (Brussels, 28 September 2022)
Ecoserveis represented V2Market at the European Sustainable Energy Week, by giving an Energy Talk onsite, on ‘Exploring the potential of EVs as key flexibility providers for the green transition’, aiming to share with a wider audience the possibilities that V2G offers to make electric mobility more affordable to present and potential users, and to assist the grid in the energy transition.
Premios Energia Awards (Madrid, 29 September 2022)
V2Market was selected as the finalist project for the “Best Sustainable Mobility Initiative” category on the Premios Energia 2022 awards of the El Periódico de la Energía. OMIE, Holaluz & AMB represented the consortium at the award ceremony which took place in Madrid, Spain.
Enlit Europe (Frankfurt, 29 November – 1 December)
V2Market was present at ENLIT Europe 2022 within the smartEn pavilion on demand-side flexibility together with the Horizon 2020 sister projects, Neon & SmartSPIN. The main objective achieved was to introduce the project to as many people, engaged in driving the energy transition, as possible.
